Class Gift Campaign
As part of a collective senior class effort to give back to their alma mater, Penn State seniors choose a scholarship to support or landmark to build and realize the gift through their own philanthropy. Each Class Gift is a way for students to celebrate their Penn State experience while solidifying their legacy as Penn State alumni.

Penn State’s highly regarded telefund employs students who call University alumni, parents, and friends on behalf of Penn State’s colleges, campuses, and programs, connecting them with meaningful philanthropic opportunities.

Student Philanthropy Council
This student-run organization exists to promote philanthropic engagement and awareness in the student body at Penn State. Any student can join the group’s year-long effort to educate the Penn State community of the role and importance of philanthropy at Penn State through University-wide events and other programs.

The world’s largest student-run philanthropy, the Penn State Dance Marathon is comprised of more than 15,000 students who work year-round to support Four Diamonds in the hopes of finding a cure for pediatric cancer. THON culminates in a 46-hour dance marathon at the University Park campus each February.
